Get slimmer body with simple yoga steps

Snacking is something that should stay away by all of you who want to have a slim body, Moreover snacking in the late night.

In many diets, eating at late night is a taboo. A lot of research has found that eating at late night can fatten our body. That’s because the calories from food intake into our body are not excreted through any activity, so it will accumulate and lead to obesity. Many people do not eat at late night but they are often snacking, in fact it is same especially snacking. At midnight usually stomach feels hungry so someone would snack in large quantities.

To overcome that then do the following simple yoga steps, the steps will reduce your appetite: Please sit on bed. Straightened left leg forward, bent your knee upwards. Your body faced to the right, 90 degrees from the direction of the feet, and hands straight in a state of touching the bed. Hold the breath for 5 seconds during you perform the steps. Change to the opposite position.

These yoga steps are called as marichyasana, which serves as a masseuse in internal abdomen that triggers the release of chemicals in the brain to reduce hunger taste.
